Standard auction rules apply. Bidding is done by telephone. If you wish to bid, call the phone numbers announced on air and relay your bids to a proxy bidder who will take your bid once the item goes on the clock they will try to call the phone number you leave if possible.  The highest bidder wins the auction. Items must be paid for by Tuesday of the following week, unless other arrangements are made in advance. You must come to our studios at 412 North Locust street in Pittsburg Kansas before 2:00 PM on the day of the auction to pay for your items and pick up the certificates for items that are located at the merchants.  Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Buyers whose checks are returned will be required to pay in cash at future auctions.

Items located at retailers’ stores must be picked up before the deadlines specified on the certificates for the items, or the items will be forfeited and becomes the property of My Town Media.

Please do not bid unless you plan to purchase the item being auctioned. We reserve the right to remove items from bidding before the auction for any reason. We reserve the right to disqualify or reject any bids made during the auction for any reason. All items are sold “as is” with no guarantees or warranties, unless specifically noted. Some items are sold with restrictions, deadlines for use and blackout dates. Some items require the purchase of additional items or services. Applicable sales tax will be charged on all items purchased and is the responsibility of the purchaser

Our audio is streamed online at espn100.7 FM  and via app. If you will be listening online, please be aware that there is a delay which may affect your bidding. We are not responsible for any telephone problems which may occur during bidding, such as bad cell phone signals, dropped calls, jammed phone lines or Internet streaming delays.

In case of a tie or a dispute over who won the auction, the auctioneer’s decision is final.

All sales are final, and no returns, exchanges or refunds are allowed.

All of our Gift Certificates:
a) They cannot be redeemed for cash, they have no cash value, and the cannot be applied to an existing account
b) In most cases, our Gift Certificates have expiration dates-and we will let you know when they expire.

Please use your gift certificates as soon as possible as My Town Media IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GIFT CERTIFICATES PURCHASED IF A BUSINESS “GOES OUT OF BUSINESS”, or the certificate expires before being presented to merchant.  Please examine all gift certificates at the time of purchase for expiration dates, restrictions, etc., as once you leave the building, there are no returns.  Items purchased with “Auction Certificates” may not be returned for monetary reimbursement.
